This applet was a first effort in learning the design-centric programming language Processing. Both the stems and the blossoms are generated using the same technique, dragging a circular brush along random, curvilinear paths. The blossoms also vary from dark to light to create a sense of depth. Special thanks goes to Jud Bumpas for his creative input.
